We Are Lost [demo] Apr 2026

The aesthetic is intentionally gritty, which masks some of the lower-budget assets while enhancing the "found footage" or "lo-fi" horror vibe that is currently popular in the indie scene.

Rather than over-explaining, the demo relies on breadcrumbs. It manages to hook players by raising questions about the protagonist's reality and the nature of the "lost" world they inhabit.

There are brief moments where it isn't entirely clear where to go next. While this adds to the "lost" feeling, it can occasionally tip over into frustration if the player wanders too long in a small area.

For a demo, the pacing is tight. It introduces its mechanics quickly and escalates the tension at a rate that feels rewarding for a 15–20 minute experience. Technical Performance
