: Drag and drop the VL_13.Volleyball_uniform.1.var file into the AddonPackages folder.

: Click Add Clothing . Look for the uniform under the VL_13 creator header. If it's hard to find, use the "All Flattened" filter to search through all installed packages by name.

: In the main menu, go to "Hub Browse" and click "Scan Hub for missing packages" .
