Ensure you have parts 1, 2, and 3 downloaded into the same folder. TT-T2-USA-LOADIINE-ZIPERTO.part3.rar
Copy the extracted game folder to SD:/wiiu/games/ .
Right-click on part1 (or part3 ) and use WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract.
