They walked over to the park ranger's station together. Maya explained the situation, and the ranger, chuckling at the absurdity, didn't just point them to the trash. He gave Leo a voucher for a fresh grilled cheese and tomato soup at the park’s small café.

Leo learned that while life—or a pigeon—might occasionally ruin your lunch, staying cool often leads to a much better meal (and a great story to tell at dinner).

Instead of getting upset, Leo’s older sister, Maya, saw an opportunity for a lesson in staying calm. "Well," she laughed, gently pulling the bowl away. "It looks like the birds wanted to contribute to the recipe, but their taste in toppings is a bit... off."

The local park was usually a place of serene beauty, but today, things took an unexpected turn for young Leo. He sat on a bench, happily digging into a bowl of creamy tomato soup his grandmother had packed for him. Just as he was about to take a big spoonful, a pigeon perched on a branch directly above him decided to leave a little "gift."

With a soft plop , a bird dropping landed square in the middle of his soup. Leo froze, spoon halfway to his mouth, staring in disbelief at the uninvited ingredient.
