Guided by Master Splinter and their new ally, the Fugitoid, the Turtles must compete in the tournament not just for glory, but for survival.
The climax of the story sees the Turtles reaching the finals of the Battle Nexus tournament, only to face a direct confrontation with the Shredder in a battle that spans multiple dimensions. To win, the brothers must master new "Battle Nexus" techniques and work in perfect synchronization. By defeating Shredder on this grand stage, they ensure the safety of all realities and earn the title of ultimate champions before finally returning to the rooftops of Manhattan.
