: Accompanied by his childhood friend Layla (Karen David) and a Greek poet named Ari, Mathayus journeys to the Underworld to retrieve the mythical Sword of Damocles .

The story follows a young (Michael Copon) on a quest for vengeance after witnessing the murder of his father, Ashur, at the hands of the villainous Sargon (Randy Couture).
