The story follows 11-year-old (Marlow Barkley), who lives in a lighthouse with her father, Peter (Kyle Chandler). After her father is tragically lost at sea, Nemo is sent to live with her socially awkward uncle, Phillip (Chris O'Dowd), in the city.
