When Francine notices Steve acting out his sexual energy, she insists that Stan give him "the talk." Stan, however, is terrified of doing it wrong and damaging Steve's psyche. Instead of having a normal conversation, Stan becomes obsessed with the idea of a a ceremony where a father pledges to protect his child's virginity.
