Steven Soderbergh’s is a stylish, character-driven crime caper that skillfully balances gritty tension with electric romantic chemistry. Based on the Elmore Leonard novel, the film follows career bank robber Jack Foley (George Clooney) and U.S. Marshal Karen Sisco (Jennifer Lopez), who find themselves on opposite sides of the law but hopelessly attracted after an accidental meeting in a car trunk.
