The film follows Darby Thorne , a young woman recovering from addiction who escapes rehab to visit her sick mother. During a massive blizzard, she is forced to stay at a mountain visitors center with four strangers. While searching for a cell signal, she discovers a kidnapped girl hidden in a van in the parking lot, leading to a tense, claustrophobic mystery as she tries to figure out which of the strangers is the kidnapper.
