The 2022 film (also known as Enter the Girl Dragon ) is an Indo-Chinese martial arts production directed by Ram Gopal Varma and Jing Liu. The story follows Pooja (played by newcomer Pooja Bhalekar ), a young woman who turns to martial arts after witnessing her elder sister's assault. Inspired by Bruce Lee's films, she trains in Jeet Kune Do and eventually joins the "Dragon School". The narrative centers on a love triangle of sorts between Pooja, her boyfriend Neil—who struggles with her obsession with fighting—and her deep-seated passion for martial arts. As she balances modeling and training, she must eventually use her skills to face off against the land mafia and local goons.
