The boys intended to use the drug money from the previous season to buy Sunnyvale Trailer Park. However, Cory and Trevor squandered the profits and were tricked into signing a car lease instead.

Fearful of Ricky’s reaction to their failure, Cory and Trevor took out a legal peace bond (restraining order) that requires Ricky to stay at least 50 feet away from them at all times.

The episode picks up with Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles returning to Sunnyvale Trailer Park after nine months in jail. Their major conflict revolves around the following:
