Set in 1881 in the New Mexico Territory, the story follows a gang of four bank robbers—Cully, Bronco, Dutch, and Yaqui—as they plan a heist in a small town. While escaping toward the Mexican border, they encounter a former outlaw associate, Simon Bhumer, and his daughter, Lolly. The outlaws are forced to choose between their loot and their conscience when they must defend the father and daughter from a band of renegade Apaches.
