Press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) into the dialog box that appears.
In Factorio, open the Library or click the Import string icon (a blue document icon) on the shortcut bar.
Copy the long string of text (the blueprint data) from your file or source to your clipboard.
Use the 'b' key by default to open your blueprint books.
To copy settings from one machine to another, use Shift + Right-click to copy, then Shift + Left-click to paste.
