The story follows a young woman who, after being kidnapped and brutally assaulted by a Yakuza gang, manages to escape to a clinic. There, she tells her harrowing story to a psychologist, (played by Megumi Ozawa), before taking her own life.

Grief-stricken and seeking justice, Hiromi infiltrates the gang to exact revenge.
