It fixes several memory leaks and crash-to-desktop bugs found in the launch version.
However, if you are running an original disc installation or a "preserved" version, you’ll need the standalone patch:
Massive overhauls like Battlefront Recon or the Extreme Mod often require the 1.1 executable.
Navigate to your game's installation folder (usually under GameData ). your original BattlefrontII.exe .
