It follows Iñaki, a shy Basque man who has never left his hometown, until he is forced to travel to Seville with his mother. When she falls into a coma on their first night, Iñaki finds himself "stuck" in the south, navigating a world of chatty nurses, hospital kitchens, and vibrant local personalities.
