There are several chest pops and shoulder rolls. Practice these in front of a mirror to ensure they are sharp and distinct from the rest of your body. Phase 3: The Chorus & Iconic Footwork (1:10 - 1:45) This is the most recognizable part of the dance. Phase 4: The Dance Break (1:45 - 2:30)

While the moves are set, the feeling is freestyle. Incorporate "vogueing" elements and sharp arm extensions.

You’ll notice the members move from standing to crouching quickly. This requires leg strength and balance. Don't let your heels hit the ground too hard. Phase 5: The Finale & Celebration (2:30 - End) The ending is a victory lap.
