The story follows (Rahul Bhat), a small-town flour mill ( chakki ) owner in Bhopal. His simple life is thrown into chaos when he receives an impossibly high electricity bill of ₹1.5 lakh. As Vijay tries to resolve the issue, he becomes trapped in an "endless loop" of corruption, government apathy, and inefficient bureaucracy.
