The story follows two sisters, Roop (Tania) and Basant (Noor Chahal), who possess extraordinary singing talent. Living in a traditional household, they are initially forbidden from singing by their strict father, Sher Singh (Guggu Gill). Eventually, they are permitted to record for a music company on the condition that their identities remain hidden.
