The story reunites "geriatric heroes" (Trejo) and Bernie Pope (Glover) as they travel from Los Angeles to Baton Rouge, Louisiana , to attend the wedding of their friend Carmen Gutierrez (Loni Love). The festive weekend turns violent when Carmen is kidnapped by an armed group of intruders. Finding that local law enforcement is indifferent to the abduction, Frank and Bernie—joined by Carmen's wealthy father, Earl (John Amos)—take the law into their own hands to rescue her from a dangerous crime syndicate.
