If you need to filter your selection so that you are only interacting with text (and not lines or circles), use the tool: Autodesk AutoCAD LT 2019.1 Update Only
Type QSELECT in the command line or find it under the tab > Utilities . In the dialog box, set the Object type to Text or MText . Update 2019
Click . This will highlight all text objects in your drawing while ignoring everything else. If you are having trouble editing text after the update Autodesk AutoCAD LT 2019.1 Update Only
