Throughout the episode, it's clear that communication is key, and some couples are really struggling in that department. However, it's also clear that many of these couples genuinely care about each other and are willing to work through their issues.

We also get to see some other couples, including Roy and Garrick, who have a laugh-filled conversation about their quirks and what they love about each other. And then there's Ed and Rose, who have a more serious chat about their trust issues.

Next up, we have David and Annie, a couple who always seem to have a handle on things. Their chat is more about planning their future together, including a romantic getaway. It's lovely to see them connecting on a deeper level and discussing their long-term goals.
