In 2142, a digital ghost named Veron constantly replayed the 87th, final recording of her life in the Neo-Paris slums to cope with her death. Upon reviewing the file again, she discovers it is a data-streamed, coded memory, and that her partner, Kael, actually uploaded her consciousness into the city's mainframe during their final moments. Now, she realizes she is the city’s infrastructure and takes control of the power grid, causing the digital wings she once loved to illuminate the entire metropolis.
